Prejudice is the biggest problem in the society. It can be it in terms of religion, cast, sex, skin-colour, status etc. Prejudice can also be in form of the feeling that human beings are the greatest creation, or even patriotism about artificially created borders. The motto of KHOJ is to gain knowledge and break that prejudice. But there is a word of caution for the readers. To break the prejudice KHOJ might throw upon you the concepts it believes in. If the reader believes on KHOJ’s perception without question, then KHOJ itself might incept a prejudice in the readers mind thus failing in it own motto. KHOJ is trying to break its own world of prejudice, but at times that prejudice might get reflected in its writing. Please do challenge them.

Subhrashis asked me to put a witty bio before I continue
with my post. I tried hard but it is really difficult for me to come up with
some witty stuff until I am not getting paid to write. Anyhow, this is Prateek
from The Unwise Prevails over the Wise.
Weird name, I know. Either Subhrashis was under weed or was in an ecstasy of
his fatherhood when he said, “Yes, jabber on my blog Prateek but be naaice.” My
post turned out to be different this time, different from my niche.

I am just another girl among oh so many. I just love to spend hours altogether listening to songs on my system and viewing pictures of my family members, especially my young cousins. I love talking and people around me stay amazed by my quality of constant talking. Am an introvert to the world, but my true friends know that am actually anything but an introvert. Am extremely fond of reading ( mainly fiction) and of writing. As the name of my blog suggests (Thoughtful Thoughts), I write about any thought that stays long enough for me to pen (type) down as a post. Thoughts are in millions, but thoughtful thoughts are a few.

First,
I would thank Subhrashis for giving me this opportunity of guest blogging. It's
an honor to be a part of his blog. I'm a Practising Company Secretary who is
not at all like everyone else in this profession. My mantra in life is to
chill. The best quality in me is that I don't judge people which helps in
having strong bonds with everyone I know. As many of you know that I am a poet.
I love travelling, cooking and sleeping. I'm a big big fan of action movies and
love to read thrillers. However, trading in share market tops my list of what I
can't live without. Lastly, for this poem credit goes to Subhrashis as I stole

At present, I am working in the marketing department of a steel company, the office is in Kolkata. Amid pushing and shoving of the metro trains, I try to keep on thinking. I like writing abstract stuff, which I find tough, but sometimes I get some success with some topics on abstract front. I like to write on subjects that surround me, with a different angle, though every time I don’t succeed.
Anyways, I am a big fan of the writings of SUB and here I am contributing for the first time as a guest blogger.

I am
thankful to Mr. Subhrashis Adhikari who gave this opportunity. When I mailed
him this post, he asked me to write something about my blog and brief intro.
Before saying anything about my blog I m mesmerizing few verses by the
enlightener of Gazal Jagjit Singh:

shohrat bhi lelo ye doulat bhi lelo magar mujhko louta do meri jindgaani vo
kagaj ki kasti vo barish ka paai”
Well no one can fulfill his place in the
field of gazals. Memories always leave
their footprints in our hearts. The thing which we can do is that we can
memorize those instants. These are merely some joyous and painful moments of
our life, but when somewhere you sit alone only these instants spread your lips
wide, your eyes starts twinkling. My blog is the mixture of memories; memories
may be one day old or 1 min old. These are memories and your appreciations
which make my mind to write.
My name is Anuradha Sharma. I am a b.tech 4th
year student. I started writing blogs last year in September. I am not a
regular blogger. I write just for my own improvement. More than writing I love
reading blogs. I can spend my whole day sitting and thinking alone beneath a
tree. Being a moody person I love doing things in my own way. Having a kiddish nature many times I do some
foolish things. My best friend always calls me idiot and mad. But the same I am
a bit matured too.

A student of technology with a passion for writing and a person who has an opinion on anything and everything! The blog is all about what I feel, what I perceive and is full of things happening around. Contains a lot of opinions and humor, something which unfortunately only I find as being funny.

Hi, my name is Somyanshu Arora. First of
all I would like to thank Mr. Subhrashis Adhikari for this opportunity. I am a
native of New Delhi but currently I reside in Ropar as I am pursuing B.Tech
from IIT Ropar. Blogging to me is something more than a hobby. I have been
blogging for nearly a year now. I like to write about different things in a
different way. For example, I once compared how our feelings can be compared to
lewis acids and bases. Another example would be my series TRUE STORIES (to be frank

Monday,
4th October, 2010 … Just born … excited – nervous – alone…staring at
the vast unknown. Where to start? Where to head? She crawled slowly … looking
around for attention. Along came an angle - Jhonny Walker…few
tips and she started to walk…as she walked more angles came by…and then more
followed….excited – nervous, but alone no more…a year long journey, her name –
KHOJ.
